You will build a deep understanding of users, competition and market, and conduct analyses in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll have experience conducting a variety of analyses in different situations, from exploratory analyses to generate hypotheses, to driving UX metrics that shape the Operations apps experiences. You’ll inspire change at all stages of product development by delivering exciting oral, written, and visual presentations about your findings. Your primary job as an advocate for our users is to help the product team understand what would make a user’s experiences more natural, useful, and delightful.
- This position may require travel to the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 -10 years of Information Technology experience.
- Design Experience of enterprise class Cloud Application.
- Certification and/or training in relevant software programs
Role and Responsibilities:
- 8+ years delivering UX deliverables in one of the following disciplines: interaction design, visual design, content strategy, or production
- 5+ years managing UX teams
- 5+ years consultationnstrable experience with experience
- Strategy methods like service design and rapid prototyping
- Strong implementation understanding on Accessibility guidelines and ADA compliance requirements
- Strong understanding on usage of AI/ML for enhancing user experience
- Should have a working knowledge of innovation methodologies
- Should have used various designing tools for wireframing and prototyping
- Health CARE Industry experience is Preferred
- 10+ Years of relevant experience as UX Designer.
- MS Dynamics/ InVisionApp / ProfHub / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Bachelor’s Degree and any relevant program degree in design or art-related field
- Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face, MS team, Zoom video etc. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
